Many Suncamp holidays camp sites will also be in our selection for 2009. It is quite possible that you have already decided which is your favourite camp site and would like to reserve it. You can therefore book your favourite camp site in advance.
How an advance booking becomes a definite booking?
- We will contact you in October/November. You will then be informed whether the booking can be made definite and what the rates for 2009 will be.
- We will ask you to inform us within 3 days whether you want the booking to be made definite
- Once a booking has been made definite you will receive our invoice within 2 weeks with payment details.
Things you need to know!
- An advance booking is not a definite booking
- An advance booking is an option on a holiday, regardless of whether this holiday will be on offer in 2009.
- Whether or not an advance booking goes through is dependent on the price and availability.
- An advance booking can be cancelled by the client for any reason and without charge.
- No payment obligations are attached to an advance booking.
