A more sunny and relaxed camping holiday than you could have on the Croatian island of Ciovo on the Adriatic coast is virtually impossible! This part of the Mediterranean has the highest number of sunshine hours and the clearest sea water.

Rožac Auto Camp is set in the middle of a dense pine forest on Ciovo and close to a beautiful beach which encircles the headland. There is an informal atmosphere totally in keeping with the nature of the Croatian people. The amenities are geared totally towards the most spoilt tourists who want a perfect beach holiday, be it active or lazy. There is a diving school and other sorts of watersport opportunities. The camp site has a grill restaurant with a lovely large terrace where you will be served Dalmatian specialities, a pizzeria and a real beach bar!

The island of Ciovo is connected by a bridge to the historic town of Trogir which has been protected as a UNESCO world heritage site since 1997. But in this part of Croatia you will find dozens of other picturesque towns and harbours. The largest town of Split is just a 30 minute drive away. All along this Dalmatian coastline you will be stunned by the amazing views: rocks, uninhabited islands and the magnificent sea!
