Germany - Bavaria - Odenwald
AZUR Campingpark Odenwald
General

The camp site is surrounded by wooded hills and is located on level grounds which has a very natural ambiance. There is a restaurant where you can go along for an excellent meal and there are good amenities such as a shop for your basic daily shopping and a baby room in the toilet buildings. And be sure to swim a few lengths in the indoor swimming pool! There are plenty of places for children to play: table tennis, playground and a field.
Kirchzell is the perfect place to make trips out in the Frankenland or to the larger towns in this part of Germany: Heidelberg, Mannheim or Würzburg with its stately castle high over the River Main. Also interesting are the old towns in this historic area, such as Amorbach, Buchen and the town of Miltenberg, situated on the Main. You can take lovely boat trips along the Main. Hikers are in for a treat, the footpaths and signposting in Germany are excellent. A good example of this are the footpaths through the woods by the romantic ruin of Wildenberg.
