A camp site in Sicily, on the north coast where the Mediterranean is called the Tirenno Sea. The new Camping & Village Rais Gerbi is set high up on the rocks. The sun drenched grounds have pleasant pitches and also plenty of mediterranean vegetation. Pitches in open areas have special sails which provide welcome shade.

The camp site has its own rocky beach which you can reach by a special path and steps. You can enjoy the terraced swimming pool on the site which has absolutely magnificent views of the sea! In high season the pool transforms itself into a beautifully lit arena for dancing and music! Rais Gerbi offers several prime amenities: there is a playground for small children and entertainment in a miniclub in high season. Moreover there are tennis courts, a football pitch and you can go horse riding. After all this activity you can relax over a meal in the restaurant or take a stroll along the beach.

This part of Sicily is a perfect place for discovering the surrounding area. The town of Cefalù is not far from the camp site and Palermo, the bustling capital of Sicily is an hour's drive away, with its stately monuments and diverse culture. Sicily was in the olden days part of the Greek Empire. But Palermo is also a lively student town with a lovely harbour and quaint old lanes.
