A camp site in the heart of Tuscany only 800 metres from the world famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Torre Pendente is Italian for Leaning Tower. An ideal spot for a Tuscan holiday because in no time you can be in the historic town centre with all its old buildings and places of interest. It's wonderful to just walk around and breathe in the Italian atmosphere!

But the rest of the Tuscany open air museum is right at your fingertips: delightful places such as Calci, San Gimignano, Lucca and Montereggioni and also the famous cultural towns of Florence and Siena. On the way you can enjoy the beckoning undulating landscape with tall cypress trees. The Mediterranean Sea is only 12km away (Marina di Pisa between Livorno and Viareggio on the west coast), so you can easily combine a few days on the beach with cultural excursions. The area between Pisa and the sea is an extensive natural area (Parco Migliarino San Rossare), where the river Arno flows.

On the camp site there is a fine swimming pool with a shallow section for the little ones and a spa pool to relax in. The adjoining terrace and simple restaurant are the places to enjoy and reflect on your trips out. And to plan the next one, because one thing is certain; there's plenty to do here!
