Camping Porto Sole is located near the beautiful town of Vrsar on the sunny Adriatic coast. The camp site is located on a lovely bay just ten minutes walk from the centre. Discover for yourself why Istria is such a popular holiday destination! You will be camping on the Adriatic on a 1.5 km long and 10 metre wide pebble beach with specially constructed flat areas for sunbathing. You have beautiful views of the ever changing coastline which is so typical of this region. The two swimming pools on the camp site are in principle only accessible to guests of the hotel and apartments, but as a Suncamp guest you can also make use of them! Porto Sole is a place where you will feel immediately at home. There is a diving centre and there are plenty of water sports facilities such as sailing, canoeing, and even paragliding. Or maybe you fancy a game of tennis, volleyball or mini football. Moreover you can make use of the amenities at the nearby tourist village of Petalon, such as a wonderful outdoor pool and children\'s pool. The town of Vrsar itself is beautiful, as are the eighteen uninhabited islands off the coast. The towns of Porec and Rovinj are highly recommended for day trips. You can see that Istria has a chequered history, with Roman in Italian influences. This region of Croatia has also been under Austro-Hungarian rule.

Mareda camp site is located on the Adriatic Sea in a beautiful part of Istria between the popular resorts of Porec and Umag. The camping grounds have unreserved pitches in the woods and marked out pitches with sea views which are set among oak trees right by the sea. The camp site has a pebble beach and a rocky beach. You can swim, waterski or surf to your heart\'s content in the crystal clear waters of Croatia\'s west coast. The Croatian camp site Poljana is, even for this beautiful holiday destination, a special camp site in so many ways! Zaton camp site is located on the Adriatic, about 15 km from the town of Zadar. Zaton on the deep blue water of the Croatian coast calls itself a \'Family Paradise\' and that is no overstatement. It is much more than just a camp site. The family camp site where in addition to static caravans various apartments (tastefully renovated!) can be rented, is professional and well laid out so that the whole family can enjoy a wonderful sun drenched holiday. Stupice camp site lies on the Istria's southern most point. The terrain reaches right down to the Adriatic! You can enjoy pebble beaches separated by rocky ledges. Amarin camp site is peacefully located in natural surroundings but still close to the beach about 3 km north of the 1700 year old town of Rovinj and with views of the town centre. The Dalmatian coast is a special part of an already beautiful Croatia! The Šimuni family camp site is located on the second biggest island of Dalmatia. Or to be more honest: peninsula. For not only is the camp site accessible by a lovely boat ride from Prizna but also by car over a bridge. Handy if you are coming by caravan or motorhome. The camp site is located between the tows of Pag and Novalja on a beautiful coastline of bays and beaches and thanks to the fine pebbles the water is crystal clear here. The area is known for its rich underwater flora and fauna so make sure the children do not forget their goggles and flippers! Fishermen from the nearby fishing village of Šimuni can tell you everything you want to know about the large lobsters that are caught here. The camp site is located in an oak forest and offers clean modern facilities. There is a pizzeria and a restaurant. Fresh fruit, basic shopping and newspapers are available at the camp site. Try the local herb liqueurs and cured ham that the area is so proud of at one of the stalls! The restaurant serves, among other things delicious fresh fish including....lobster!

The Croatian camp site Stella Maris forms part of the Sol Stella Maris resort. Prepare yourself for a luxury holiday in Istria with all the works! Village Kazčla camp site is located in a unique location on the most southerly point of Croatia's Istrian peninsular. The camping grounds are located directly on the Adriatic Sea and the site is long and narrow, so from every pitch a very short walk will take you right onto the beach. The camp site consist of two sections: it is partly a naturist camp site. The naturist section is separated from the textile section by a natural bank. The grounds are open in character; the number of shaded pitches is limited. But even on the hottest of days in sunny Croatia this is absolutely no problem, there is always a refreshing breeze making it pleasant even in the midday sun. Moreover you nearly always have lovely views out over the sea! The coastline here is beautiful, with constantly changing shapes and numerous bays, headlands and long uninhabited islands off the coast. And naturally the clear blue water for which Croatia is famous. There is excellent diving here (diving lessons are also available), but there are many more opportunities for sport during your holiday: for example water skiing, sailing and paragliding. There is a miniclub for the youngest campers, older ones can live it up on the beach volleyball field. After all this activity you can recover on the restaurant terrace where you can enjoy the local specialities. Medulin is located close to the town of Pula, the 'Pearl of Istria', an old Roman town that you really should not miss. But the small fishing villages and the unspoilt countryside inland will give you a real impression of genuine Croatian life.

Strasko camp site is located on the island of Pag off the Croatian coast and right by the beach, one kilometre outside the small town of Novalja. Valkanela camp site is a large and peacefully located camp site in a lovely natural bay between Vrsar and Funtana in Croatia. Veštar camp site is hidden away in a small bay just 5 km from the romantic old town of Rovinj in Istria, Croatia. The beautifully located Laterna camp site lies on a rocky beach close to the centuries old town of Porec. The site is positioned on a rising terrain which is wooded right down to the beach. Because most pitches are not marked out you feel at one with nature. The pebble beach is 2 km long. For fun and games in the water there is a swimming pool and a new toddlers' pool, numerous watersports possibilities and a private jetty. Camping Village Medulin is located directly by the sea spread over two headlands which are connected to each other. You have lovely views from here of Medulin Bay and its fishing boats. The bay is located in the southernmost point of the Istrian peninsula, a top destination for holidays in Croatia. The views of the Adriatic and the abundant vegetation immediately put you in an intimate holiday mood. Nature lovers are in for a treat in Istria. The sandy beaches on the island slope gently into the sea making them perfect for children. The camp site itself has a restaurant, a bar, a snack bar and a shop. There is also a small amusement park by the camp site entrance where your children will have the time of their lives. It is just 500 metres from the quaint little fishing town of Medulin which offers plenty of fun in the form of all types of water sport (including a diving centre) and an extensive sports centre. In the evening Medulin is the setting for a great evening out with intimate restaurants, lively bars and two discotheques. The little electric train that runs round the bay is great fun for the children. Moreover you are not far from the old historic town of Pula with remains from Roman times.

Camp site Bi-Village - Fazana, Istra
The large Bi-Village camp site in Istria, a name well known to lovers of Croatia is located in unspoilt countryside right on the Adriatic Sea. The beach here is 800 metres long; the white stones in the clear blue water make a lovely sight. The water is ideal for windsurfing, sailing, water skiing or diving. You can use the three swimming pools on the camp site, which are also suitable for young ones. Children can play games, dance and make music at the miniclub. You can use up your energy playing beach volleyball, football, aqua-gymnastics or by going walking or cycling, after which you can relax in the evenings at a cabaret show or take an evening walk along the beach. You have plenty of choice of accommodation at this camp site: camping pitches for your own tent, caravan or motorhome, bungalows for maximum 8 people, apartments, static caravans and even a luxury hotel room, a 2 person suite! Istria is a lovely region for a sun and sea holiday but there are plenty of things to see! The three thousand year old town of Pula is recommended, including its beautiful Roman amphitheatre which resembles the Coliseum in Rome and where cultural events take place. The nearby island of Brijuni is a feast for the eyes and well worth a visit.
