The location of Bled camp site is magnificent: your eyes will hardly be able to take in the beautiful panoramas. Top attraction is of course the famous lake at Bled with a small island in the middle on which stands a little church. You can go walking, promenading, swimming, rowing, kayaking and fishing. The surrounding sandy paths are lovely for mountain biking or for taking long walks and enjoying the fresh mountain air. Or how about a boat trip to the island in the middle of the lake. Or a balloon trip. The camp site has something for everyone.
The carefully renovated toilet blocks offer every convenience and look very attractive. There are colourful and flowery washing facilities for children so they will want to brush their teeth at night just for the fun of it! They will also be indulged by the activities in the miniclub and there is a small animal park. You can also keep busy: a game of table tennis, basketball or volleyball. There is also a special pitch for volleyball in the sand.
Relaxation and healthy pampering can be found in the new adjacent wellness centre Ziva where you will receive a discount. The golf course is also recommended. The camp site is close to the centre of Bled where you can enjoy Slovenian folklore, restaurants and a casino.
Ljubljana Resort is much more than a camp site. It is a 7 hectare green oasis, a park on the northern outskirts of the Slovenian capital Ljubljana. Adria camp site in Ankaran is located in a narrow part of Slovenia on the Adriatic Sea, between the beautiful Istrian peninsular (Croatia) and the town of Trieste in the most easterly part of Italy. A wonderful region for camping holidays with sun, sea and sand, but also an area with plenty of lovely places to discover. The Slovenian lakes and mountains, the unspoilt countryside and the coast with the old harbour town of Koper, from where boats depart to Ancona and Brindisi. Koper are just a few kilometres from the camp site. Camping Adria itself is a very big camp site but thanks to the many trees and pathways it has a cosy and intimate feel.
The amenities are what you would expect from a complete camp site: there is good sanitation, a shop, supermarket, bars, restaurants, tennis courts, minigolf, table tennis, a wellness centre, playground, beach showers and even a first aid post. The main attraction at the camp site is the giant swimming pool with spectacular slides and separate pools for smaller swimmers. But you can walk straight from the camp site to the quay with a jetty for boats and to the beach. The water is clear blue and shallow by the beach. Ideal for families with young children!
