This varies from site to site. Genereis there is no minimum stay for camping pitches. For the accommodations the minimum period is genereis seven consecutive nights in high season and in low season there is no minimum stay.
Suncamp holidays offers both camping pitches and accommodations. In most cases electricity and water supply is available on the pitches for your own tent, caravan or motor home. The accommodations, such as mobil homes, bungalow tents and chalets are fully equipped and consumption of electricity, water and heating is included.
On the homepage you will see under 'General information' on the horizontal menu bar, the option 'types of accommodation'. Click here to get a description of each type of accommodation and what they contain.
On the camp site pages you will find more detailed information descriptions and photographs. Click on 'accommodation'.
This can vary from one site to another. In general there is no fixed changeover day for camping pitches, but for rented accommodation the changeover day is usually Saturday. Changeover days are automatically calculated in the online booking procedure, so there is no need for you to worry about them.
You can combine different types of rented accommodation. You will need to make two separate bookings because per booking only one type of accommodation can be reserved. If you make the bookings at the same time and if the total period is continuous, you will only pay one booking fee.
When you make a reservation or request information you are required to fill in certain personal details. This is logical, otherwise we don't know where to send the information. If you register for our digital newsletter, your details are added to our database. The opt-in and opt-out clauses are fully in line with the Data Protection Act. Suncamp never divulges your details to third parties. In one keystroke you can cancel the newsletter. Your details will be erased shortly afterwards.

Reservation

Our system is up to date and shows availability in the camp site summary and for each separate camp site. The colour of the triangular (tent shaped) icon on the map shows whether the camp site is 'available' (= green), 'not available' (= red) or 'available with restrictions' (= yellow). In many cases it is possible to make a reservation on request, which means that we will first inquire availability at the camp site (= blue).
Telephone reservations can be made Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 hour

Our phone number is: +44 (0)845-22 50 931
London: the distance to the relevant campsite measured in kilometres (not miles!) from London. Pitches: the total number of permanent, touring and motor home pitches. Opening times: the dates each particular site is open. Size: the total area of the camp site measured in hectares.
Clearly stated preferences will always be passed on to the camp site. Our agreement with them ensures that wherever possible, they will incorporate your special requests into their reservation system.
We certainly advise it. You can find full details of cancellation insurance on the homepage by clicking 'insurance' in the 'more information' menu.
You will receive your travel documents two to three weeks before departure. This will depend on full payment having been received.
If your chosen accommodation is no longer available, Suncamp can often still reserve this in consultation with the camp site. This consultation can take two or five working days. Once your request has been granted, the reservation is definite. You will be informed whether your booking is definite as soon as we get a response from the camp site.

In Suncamp holidays rental accommodation

Pets are often not allowed in rental accommodation. You are only allowed to take your pet where a rate is shown in the price list. If no rate is shown, your pet is sadly not welcome.

On Suncamp holidays camping pitches

Clients who rent a camping pitch through us do not usually have a problem. Again here, the rule is that where no rate is shown, your pets are not allowed. You will need to advise the camp site if you intend to bring more than one pet. We strongly remind you that proof of an anti-rabies injection is required by most foreign camp sites, and that there are strict rules for taking animals out of the UK and returning with them. Your vet, the various ferry companies and Defra can advise you.;
In many rental properties you have to do the final cleaning yourself. In some cases this is done for you and the cost is already included in your rental charge. Where final cleaning is not included and must be paid for locally, this will be indicated on your voucher. Make sure that even when you are not responsible for final cleaning, you leave the property neat and tidy.
When you rent a property you will be asked to pay a retainer deposit upon arrival. This can vary between £ 72,50 and £ 181,25 (€ 100,00 and € 250,00) Provided you leave the property clean and undamaged the deposit will be returned to you. If you leave the place in a mess, the camp site reserves the right to charge you and deduct it from the deposit.

Payment
